i'm inviting friends over for a late lunch,

this is an idea for the menu

 

vine tomatoes with mediterannean vinaigrette and fresh mozarella

chicken marinated in rosemary, thyme, garlic and olive oil

roasted potatoes with balsamic vinegar

cinnamon fried carotts

caramelised apples

 

i can't wait to eat that, honestly it's really easy, it's multicultural, it's good and it's cheap as well: carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, chicken and apples! all you need is some basic herbs and ingredients.
