SAINT PATRICK'S WEEK-END

VENDREDI: soiree au thomas read, ambiance tranquille, pas de bastons dans la rue, juste plus de monde dans la rue que d'habitude

SAMEDI:magasins, marche (tartiflette au repas), fete foraine (petit tour dans la grande roue rouillee), cafe-bar mao (mauvais service et cher mais bon)

DIMANCHE: open jazz festival au TBMC, decouverte d'un super groupe funk jazz et qui reprenne aussi radiohead a leur sauce: The Company

on va les revoir en concert ce soir au Gubu...

 

FRIDAY: night in the Thomas Read, quiet atmosphere, no fights in the street, only more people in the street than usual

SATURDAY: shopping, market (french food for lunch...at 4p.m), fair (and the big rusted wheel), cafe-bar mao (bad service and expensive but good)

SUNDAY:open jazz festival at the TBMC, discover a great funk jazz band and they also play radiohead with their own style:The Company

we are going to see them again tonight at the Gubu...

 

Nouvel album radiohead....???

	all i need
		s'all wrong s'all right s'all wrong s'all right. today, myself, i was struggling, feels like we been trapped for a long time. in la la land. very frustrating. and under pressure now its so slow. enough to drive anyone loopy. im supposed to be positive>> smiling faces for the outside. well im fucking tearing my hair out. too much at once. furiously writing, working out parts. cracking up. not much time left. unshure about everything. im not supposed to put any of this here. so thats why i am.

samedi: porte ouverte au sound training centre

super interessant, visite des studios et aussi de la salle de concert donc informations aussi bien sur ingenieur du son studio que live.

je dois dire que j'ai eu comme une revelation... mais par superstition je n'en dirais pas plus... je reflechis et des que je me serais decide, je vous tiens au courant.

 

dimanche, lundi (et pendant longtemps encore je pense): grande question sur mon avenir

 

mardi: premier cours de 19 a 22h

cours intitule electronic music production: on apprend a faire de la musique par ordinateur

on a fait un peu de solfege pour le rythme, de physique pour voir comment est forme le son, de discussions pour voir pourquoi nous etions dans ce cours.. etc

trois heures sans pause et pourtant pas un seul moment d'inattention...

je me suis apercue que j'etais tout a fait d'accord avec ce que disait le prof Les (aussi directeur de l'ecole) et que cela me faisait encore plus reflechir sur mon avenir...

 

 

 

saturday: open day at the sound training centre

very interesting, visit of the studios and also of the venue so information on studio sound engineer and live sound engineer.

i have to say that i had like a revelation... but because of superstition i won't say more.. i will think about it and as soon as i take a decision,  you'll be informed.

 

dimanche, lundi (and still for a long time i think): big questions on my future

 

tuesday: first course from 7 to 10 pm

course called electronic music production: we learn how to create music with computers

we did a bit of music theory for rhythm, physics to see how sound is created, talking to see why we choose this course... etc

three hours without a break and however not a moment of inattention...

i've realized that i totally agreed with what the teacher, Les, was saying (also principal of the centre) and it makes me think more about my future...

Ah Dublin et l'alcool...

ca me fait du bien de ressortir a Dublin

voir tous ces gens chancellants, heureux, joyeux, amicals, bavards, extravertis, tolerants, gentils, amis avec tout le monde...

ah le pouvoir de l'alcool!

 

it's so good to be back and go out in Dublin

see all these people teetering, happy, joyful, outgoing, talkative, extroverted, nice, friendly with everybody...

ha the power of alcohol!

j'ai mon passe deux jours+camping+bus pour ce festival dont l'affiche est impressionante cette annee!!! (et les prix aussi...)

i have my pass two days+camp site+ bus for this festival and as you can see the line up is quite incredible!!!! ( and the prices to...)
