et oui mardi c'est parti pour le travail...
mais avant, journee plage ou golf demain avec les espagnols... c'est ferie en Irlande donc on en profite!

resultat: 4 hauts, sous-vetements et chaussettes= 30 euros seulement!!!

-tv night with red wine, bread and french cheese with my roomates
-spanish dinner with ham, chorizo, tortilla and porron full of beer to play drinking games with spanish friends

La chance?

Je me rend compte que tout a ete tres vite quand meme !
-Vendredi 8 juillet : je commence a chercher du boulot a Dublin sur internet, une boite de recrutement me repond direct.
-Mardi 12 juillet : ils m’organisent un entretien a Paris.
-Mercredi 20 juillet : entretien a Paris (et depart pour Dublin, et visite d’un appart le soir).
-Jeudi 21 juillet : second entretien par telephone (et visite de different apparts, caution pour celui du mercredi payee le soir).
-Vendredi 22 juillet : demenagement dans mon appart.
-Lundi 25 juillet : embauchee pour le boulot !
Comme dirait un ami espagnol de Dublin: la semaine prochaine je me marie, j’ai un enfant et j’achete une maison!!!

J’aime bien entendre les mouettes a Dublin, ca montre que la mer est vraiment pas loin! j’irais y faire un tour quand il fera beau un week-end.

Television : on a environ 50 chaines mais c’est que des conneries... la chose bien est qu’on a TV5 donc je peux regarder les infos francaises.


I’ve just realized that everything went so fast!
-Friday the 8th of July: I begin to look for work in Dublin on the internet and a recruitment agency contact me.
-Tuesday the 12th: they organised an interview in Paris for me.
-Wenesday the 20th: interview in Paris (and departure to Dublin, and visit of an apartment on the evening).
-Thursday the 21st: 2nd interview on the phone (and visits of different apartments, deposit for the one I saw on Wednesday evening).
-Friday the 22nd: moving in my new apartment.
-Monday the 25th: employed for the job!
As a Spanish friend of mine living in Dublin said: next week I’m getting married, I’m having a child and I am buying a house!!!

I like to hear seagulls in Dublin, it shows that the sea is really not far! I have to go there when it’s gonna be sunny one week-end.

TV: we have about 50 channels and it’s all crap... the good thing is that we have TV5 so I can watch the French news.


Estoy realisando que todo ha ido muy rapidamente!
-Viernes el 8 de julio: empiezo a buscar trabajo en Dublin con internet y una agencia de empleo me contacta.
-Martes el 12: me organizan una entrevista en Paris.
-Miercoles el 20: entrevista en Paris (y viaje hasta Dublin, y visita de un apartamiento por la tarde).
-Jueves el 21: 2nda entrevista por telefono (y visitas de diferentes apartemientos, fianza para el apartamiento que he visto el miercoles).
-Viernes el 22: mudanza en mi nuevo apartemiento.
-Lunes el 25 : empleada para el trabajo!
Como un amigo espanol que vive en Dublin dijo: la semana proxima voy a casarme, a tener un hijo y a comprar una casa!!!

Me gusta escuchar a las gaviotas en Dublin, muestra que el mar no esta muy lejo! Tengo que ir alli cuando hay sol por un fin de semana.

Television : tenemos cerca de 50 canales pero solo es mierda... una cosa buena es que tenemos TV5 pues puedo mirar a las informaciones francesas.

Un appart et un boulot!

Tres occupee en ce moment... je m’adapte peu a peu a ma nouvelle vie. Je me fais des amis peu a peu aussi. J’apprend a decouvrir Dublin hors des sites touristiques.
Mes amis espagnols m’ont amene manger dans un restaurant chinois ‘illegal’. Si l’on ne sait pas ou il se trouve, on ne peut y aller. Aucun des employes ne parle anglais. Presque tous les clients sont chinois. Et bien ce restaurant est le meilleur chinois que j’ai jamais mange! et pour vraiment pas cher... tous ceux qui viendront me voir pourront y gouter s’ils le desirent!
j’ai fait la fete encore samedi soir, trois pubs et donc ce fameux chinois vers 22h pour faire passer quelques pintes!
Je vis avec un norvegien et un irlandais qui ont la trentaine et bossent dans l’informatique. La cohabitation est cool, on rigole et on fait aussi des sorties ensemble (le norvegien est venu boire un verre avec nous samedi). Hier soiree tv : The Blues Brothers, un grand classique et de la bonne musique.
Pour le boulot, j’ai recu un mail d’une grosse companie (pas de nom,pas de pub) me disant qu’ils avaient de bonnes nouvelles pour moi, ils m’ont rappelle et je commence le 2 aout ! ;-)
Voila les news, je suis en vacances encore une semaine avant d’attaquer la vie active...
J’aime bien cette nouvelle vie: un appart, un boulot, une capitale qui bouge, des nouveaux amis (tous trentenaires, je suis le ‘bebe’ !), ca change et ca fait du bien.
Il y a aussi les soucis qui vont avec: la securite sociale, la mutuelle, les impots, les depenses a gerer, les transports en commun matin et soir pour aller au boulot etc...

Pour ceux qui ont peur que travail et vie active riment avec routine, je ne peux vous dire qu’une chose : la routine c’est nous qui la creont et qui pouvont aussi la casser, il suffit de le vouloir.


Very busy for the moment... I try to adapt myself to this new life. I meet new friends. I discover Dublin out of the tourist places.
My Spanish friends brought me to eat in an ‘illegal’ Chinese restaurant. If you don’t know where it is, you can’t find it. No employee speaks English. Almost all the customers are Chinese. Well that was the best Chinese restaurant I’ve never eaten! And it was not expensive at all... all those who are gonna come to visit me could have the pleasure to taste it if they want!
I had a big night again on Saturday, three pubs and that famous restaurant around 10pm to digest the pints!
I’m living with a Norwegian and an Irish that are in their thirties and work in the computing sphere. Living together is ok, we have fun and we also go out together (the guy from Norway came to join us for a couple of drinks on Saturday). Last night was a tv night: The Blues Brothers, a classic and good music.
For the work, I received an e-mail of a big firm (no name, no ad) saying they have good news for me, they called me back and I begin on the 2nd of August! ;-)
Here are the news, I am on holidays this week before becoming a working woman...
I like my new life: an apartment, a job, a lively capital, new friends (all in their thirties, I am the ‘baby’!), this change is good.
There are also worries which go with it: health insurance, taxes, spending and saving, transport each morning and evening to go to work etc

For those who are afraid that work goes with routine, I can tell you one thing: WE create the daily routine and WE can also break it if we want it.


Muy ocupada por el momento... estoy adaptando a mi nueva vida Encontro nuevos amigos. Descubro Dublin aparte de los sitios turisticos.
Mis amigos espanoles me trajeron a un restaurante chino ‘ilegal’. Si no sabe donde esta, no puede encontrarlo. Ningunos camareros hablan ingles. Casi todos los clientes son chinos. Era el mejor restaurante chino que he comido! y no es caro por nada... todos los que van a visitarme podeis intentarlo si quereis!
Era de nuevo una gran fiesta el sabado por la noche, tres bares y este famoso restaurante cerca de las 10 para digerir las pintas!
Vivo con un noruego y un irlandes que tienen mas o menos treinta anos y que trabaja en la informatica. La cohabitacion se pasa bien, nos divertimos y salimos juntos tambien (el noruego vino con nosotros para beber una copa el sabado). Anoche fue una noche con tele : The Blues Brothers, un clasico y buena musica.
Para el trabajo, recibe un e-mail de una gran compania (no nombre, no publicidad) diciendo que tienen buenas noticas para mi, me llamaron de nuevo y empezo el 2 de Agosto ! ;-)
Eso son las noticias, estoy de vacaciones esta semana antes de volver una mujer que trabaja...
Me gusta mi nueva vida: un apartamiento, un trabajo, una capital que mueve, nuevos amigos (tienen mas o menos 30 anos, estoy el ‘bebe’!), este cambio esta bien.
Hay tambien las preocupaciones que van con esto: seguro social y medical, impuestos, administracion de la paga, transportes cada manana y tarde etc

Para los que tienen miedo que el trabajo va con la rutina, puedo decir una cosa: es nosotros que creamos la rutina, es nosotros que podemos romperla si queremos.
